What is ceremony!A ceremony is simply a way, a moment or a traditional relationship with spirituality.

A dressing ceremony, traditionally the pants would be first and then the shirt.Or, traditionally the shirt would be first and then the pants. No matter what your tradition is, the dressing ceremony should present an important reverence to each individual because of the spiritual connection that was shared. However, because daily life consume an individual, dressing becomes now a task to see how fast it can be done.

A ceremony is a moment of reverence! Not only during times of need or disaster, ceremony is a daily spiritual opportunity of meditation to always be spiritually connected to tradition, the moment and the way.We all have ceremonies that has been passed down through generations, we must practice these traditional ceremonies to honor spirituality.

How do we seek to understand a traditional ceremony?Seek to understand traditions within your own family and develop a ceremony to honor spirituality.Develop from examples you have participated with, these examples becomes traditions from an extended family whom which you have chosen to honor with great respect.Once again, ceremony is a way to connect spiritually with the Higher Spirit, the Land, and the people!
