In this course, we will go through the twenty main muscles that are central to our posture and musculoskeletal system and accordingly often cause discomfort. The selection of muscles was made by our teacher in Hawai'i, Kumu Dane Kaohelani Silva.

Whether it is the neck, back, hips, shoulders, arms or legs: Only a sound knowledge of the muscles involved will allow you to work efficiently, effectively and successfully. In our course, you will receive the necessary additional knowledge and we will show you the specific Lomilomi techniques to optimally care for and support your client. You can even show your clients stretching and strengthening exercises that they can do themselves at home. Help for self-help = Self-Care!

Do you want to deepen your massage activity, as well as know more about inflammatory processes - and the corresponding medicinal plants? Would you like to recognize connections and expand your offer for your clientele? Then we highly recommend these four days. The lessons will be held with the support of 3D visualizations.
